What ProLocalBuilder is
ProLocalBuilder is a web design agency for local service businesses — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, contractors, salons, restaurants. The pitch in one line: "Your website should make the phone ring. Not make you manage an agency."
The model is structurally different from a traditional agency. There are three founders, one per metro, and clients work directly with the builder responsible for their region. No account managers, no project managers, no offshore contractors. Pricing is fixed and posted on the homepage.
Kyle McCool's role at ProLocalBuilder
Kyle McCool co-founded ProLocalBuilder in 2025 and runs the Fox Valley, Wisconsin metro from Appleton. He handles every project for Wisconsin clients end-to-end, from initial scope to launch. Cesar Martinez runs the San Francisco Bay Area from San Jose. Zac Dillard runs Las Vegas, Nevada.

- Starter — $895. 5 pages. Mobile-optimized. Tap-to-call. Booking forms.
- Professional — $1,795. 10 pages. Local SEO and "near me" optimization.
- Premium — $2,995. 15 pages. Full local search positioning.
Turnaround: 5–14 days. Clients own the code and domain. Optional hosting at $25/month after the first year.
Why this matters for Kyle's work
ProLocalBuilder is the operator side of Kyle McCool's portfolio. While Makko AI is a product company and Phantomline is a creator tool, ProLocalBuilder is a services business with real local-market accountability. Kyle co-founded all three with overlapping teams — Cesar Martinez and Zac Dillard are the same two collaborators behind Phantomline.
